Clean Up Day has been rescheduled from this weekend until Saturday, November 7.

At our home owner meeting this week your Board of Directors was informed there was a water leak at the neighborhood's entrance.

Our next Home Owners Association meeting will take place on August 19, 2009.

We have been notified by Parkway Utility District that Flushing of the District’s water lines will be performed on May 5, 6 and 7, 2009.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, our Annual Meeting was postponed last year.  However, we have scheduled one for April 27th.

If you have an outstanding balance on your monthly HOA dues, you need to get it paid before April!

You may have noticed on Tuesday that some people’s trash was picked up and others wasn't. The garbage truck came by bright and early on Tuesday at 7:00 a.m. That means if your trash wasn’t on the curb before then, it didn’t get picked up. :(

The Board of Directors has decided that PMG can no longer handle our community’s needs. As a result, we have hired Association Management, Inc. (”AMI”).

As I am sure you have noticed, our trash has not been picked up for the past two trash days.

PMG has assured us that Republic Waste will pick up our trash tomorrow.

This year our neighborhood will be hosting a Holiday Lights Contest. The Board of Directors will choose 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.

Harris County and the North Channel Local Emergency Planning Committee are having their 2008 Household Hazardous Materials Collection this weekend — Saturday, October 25, 2008, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Galena Park I.S.D. Administration parking lot (14705 Woodforest Blvd.).

Stonefield Villas will participate in this year’s National Night Out on October 7, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. Bring your lawn chair and plenty of mosquito spray, and walk on down to Thistlemoor Lane.
